Understanding the relevant trends that are shaping the industry is one way for bankers to determine the clearest path to continued success. At a time when the growing mobile ecosystem has enabled consumers to deposit a check with a mobile phone, send money to a friend instantaneously, and get approved for a loan without leaving home, retail banking will have to make routine adjustments to align with the customers they hope to attract and keep. This WiBinar will examine the social, technological, and structural trends that will have the greatest impact on all areas of retail delivery.

Learning Objectives:

Address market shifts and behavioral trends (including an aging and more urbanized customer) and how a data-driven organization will be best positioned to shape a relevant customer experience
Explore what's next on the horizon, including voice-activated banking, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and how these innovations may reshape the retail environment
Outline the projected impact of continued consolidation, expected mergers, and developing fintech partnerships on retail distribution channels, especially the branch
